Today we say a very special goodbye to three much loved members of our Greenhaw Primary and Nursery School community, Mrs Gallick, Miss Wilson and Mrs McGrellis.
Between them, they have given over 106 years of service to our school. Over that time they have taught, supported and cared for thousands of children, helping them grow in confidence and take their first steps on their journey through life.
Their kindness, patience and dedication have touched so many families over the years. They have been a constant presence in our school and their absence will be felt deeply by staff, pupils and the wider community.
This truly is the end of an era for Greenhaw, and they will be greatly missed by everyone who has had the pleasure of knowing them.
We thank Mrs Gallick, Miss Wilson and Mrs McGrellis for everything they have given to our school, and we wish them all the happiness and rest they deserve in their retirement.
